University Admissions Tests

Many of the top universities also require candidates to sit their own university admissions tests which candidates take in addition to A Levels.

Examples include the BMAT, UCAT, PAT, LNAT, TSA and STEP. Admissions tests are designed to select applicants with the most appropriate mental abilities, attitudes and professional behaviours suited to the careers they are applying to.  They are generally computer-based aptitude tests that require practise in order to be successful and most students will never have completed these types of questions before.  The College timetables specialist preparation led by teachers, practises past papers, considers answers to questions and holds discussion sessions, advises on key dates for submission and schedules test dates.  We also welcome intensive test workshops with Oxbridge Applications at key points during the academic year.
