Chris studied History at the University of Cambridge before working in the House of Commons as a Parliamentary Adviser for a Member of Parliament.
He has taught in Colombo, Bucharest, Nottingham, London and Cambridge. Alongside his main passion of pedagogy he has enjoyed leading safeguarding teams, inclusion, assessment, year teams and subject departments.
Running trips to Berlin, the Dolomites and the Houses of Parliament have been amongst his most rewarding experiences in education – he believes strongly in educational experiences rooted in the world outside the classroom.
Chris enjoys travel, cooking, cinema, swimming, walking in the mountains and playing with his two daughters.
