Angela joined Cardiff sixth form college in 2020 and has been Houseparent to the GCSE cohort before moving to Senior Houseparent in 2023. Originally from Adelaide, Australia, she has resided in the UK for the previous five years working in Event Management before shifting focus to education and pastoral care. Currently studying the Boarding School’s Association Advanced Certificate in Professional Practice: Pastoral Care, Angela is deeply committed to her role as a boarding practitioner. After studying in Gifu, Japan, while in high school, Angela has a broad understanding of the benefits and challenges of living abroad at a young age, and is suitably equipped to guide students through the peaks and valleys of independent living in boarding.
