This Friday 8th November, over 100 of our students came to a talk from four of the most prestigious London Universities: University College London, London School of Economics, Imperial College London and King’s College London.

The talks started with a short introduction on the benefits of university study in London, the application process and advice on applying to competitive universities. Each representative also delivered an introduction to their institution and what makes them standout.

It was an interesting talk with each representative giving an excellent account of their institution and its benefits. There was also a question and answer section for students to ask general questions about matters such as the living costs of living in London, bursaries and the application process. There was even space at the end for students to speak one-to-one to the speakers about matters relevant to their specific university of interest.

A big thank you from everyone here at Cardiff Sixth Form College to Sarah Fionda from Imperial, Freddie Warner from King’s, Sarah Mullen from LSE and Sara Roberts from UCL.
