We are incredibly proud of our CSFC Robotics Team, Roballtics, who competed in the FIRST Robotics Regional Final in Swansea last weekend.
In their first-ever robotics competition, our students achieved an outstanding result, finishing second in the qualifying rounds and then defeating the top-ranked team in the final rounds. In addition to their strong competitive performance, the team was also honoured with the Think Award in recognition of their innovative and creative robot design solutions.
Although they did not progress to the overall championship stage, this experience has been hugely positive and inspiring for the students. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, resilience, and technical skill were evident throughout the event, and they are already excited to build on this success in next year’s competition.
This achievement reflects the exceptional talent and dedication of our students, as well as the growing strength of STEM opportunities at CSFC.
