The annual Rotary Youth Speaks is organised and promoted by Rotary International and is designed to support and encourage the development of effective communication skills in young people. We were fortunate again this year to be sponsored by Cardiff Bay Rotary for the event with took place in Cardiff Golf Club.
Katie chose to speak on how the UK’s current education system is failing students. She was ably supported by Khadijat who took the role of Chairperson and Nadia who proposed the vote of thanks. Katie is to be congratulated on giving a thought-provoking student’s viewpoint on her experience of the education system.
