Oxbridge Applications have come in today to speak to all of our Year 12s and deliver seminars on ‘Aspiring to World Class Universities’ in the morning, and ‘Applying to Oxford or Cambridge’ in the afternoon.

Fiona Young, the Head of Schools led the first session, and was joined by Barry Webb, a previous Admissions Tutor for Oxbridge, in the afternoon. Today students will have had their first formal introduction to the process of applying to universities in the UK. Each student has received a copy of the ‘So you want to go to Oxbridge? Tell us about a banana…’ book which provides excellent information about the application procedures at these two prestigious universities, including typical interview questions and other miscellaneous advice.
