30 students at CSFC have recently been on a ‘Spotlights on Social Sciences’ trip to Bath University, accompanied by Head of Careers Miss Bendle and Dr Foster. The session provided excellent food for thought for their personal statements, and it gave them the chance to finalise their university course decisions.
The excursion allowed students to research more social science course options, attend two social science workshops from criminology, education with psychology, international development with economics, politics, psychology, sociology, social policy and social work. In addition to this, they also enjoyed a tour of the beautiful campus and obtained new knowledge of how to make their UCAS applications stand out.
