"This is central to life at Cardiff Sixth Form College. We believe that with hard work, ambition and guidance, anything is possible. As students we have always been provided with numerous opportunities from work experience placements to interview preparation days. As well as this, the teachers and our fellow students are always willing to help. From the moment you enter the college, you immediately get the sense of the work-orientated atmosphere. As a year group, we achieved excellent grades last year in our AS Levels, but this required a lot of hard work from both students and staff. However, I am sure that you will agree that hard work is definitely a price worth to pay in return for achieving the best you can. The small class sizes within the college provide you with many opportunities, such as regular class discussions, which are unavailable to you anywhere else. The members of staff, who are all the best in their chosen subjects with many years of teaching experience, can interact with a group as a whole and can focus directly on your individual educational needs."

" We were so fortunate to have found you at what was a very difficult time for her, and will never forget the skilful teaching she received from you as well as your friendshio and encouragement. You always had faith in her and that really helped to rebuild the confidence she had lost. She gaines a lot from her time at the college. Not only academically, but also from her experience of a very different community from the one she had left at her previous school. "

"The decision to entrust the ongoing education of your son/daughter to a private tutorial college is a big one! After all, any parent would, most likely, make it only once.
And, the costs have to be carefully considered, especially as you will have already contributed to the funding of the public education system through taxes. Nevertheless, with fully justified faith in the information provided by CSFC, our decision was made in September 2006 and the student committed immediately to the first year of A level studies. |
One year on we hold grade A in 5 subjects at AS, scoring 5 scores of 100% in modules along the way, and have no doubt that next years results will be similarly rosy.
This due to the total commitment of the staff, in particular Mr and Mrs Sarwar, who ensure that no gap occurs between a student's full potential and their achievements.
CSFC profess to specialize in the preparation of students for medical university places, and this is undeniably true. Our heartfelt thanks are tendered to all at the college for the tuition, pastoral care, support, drive and encouragement, both in academic subjects and supplementary activities, lavished on their charges. Their efforts mean that students can fulfill their ambitions, comfortable in the knowledge that their parents get excellent value for money."

"I needed a good school in order to achieve my goal of studying in a presitigious university. Cardiff Sixth Form College showed all the support I needed to get there. Not only their teaching was great, but also the environment in which the school runs. Coming here was all I needed; the teachers make me work enough to get my A's and it is all done in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
If you are willing to work hard and are looking for an education institution who can nurture your dreams, Cardiff Sixth Form College is the place to be."

Mr and Mrs Howell |
"I am writing to express our appreciation of the excellent attention that our daughter Jessica Howell received from Cardiff Sixth Form College. The standard of both academic input and pastoral care was very high and has resulted in her raising the grades of her A-level subjects. Your encouragement and interest from the outset, especially at the decision-making stage, was of great value to us all, and Jessica felt valued and inspired by your confidence in her. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who has supported Jessica throughout this last year. She has succeeded only because of the caring environment you have surrounded her with. This is a huge change and one we feel will affect her whole life. We know when she puts her mind to it and finds something stimulating that she has a lot to offer – thank you for helping her open those doors."

"In each subject I was taught in a lot more detail than in my previous school, more around the subject and, what I enjoyed the most, the actual uses of my module in the day to day economy and industry. This was fascinating. Now I am a First Year Physiotherapy student at Cardiff University (my first Choice) and I am enjoying it a lot. I can only recommend to any student, to complete their A-Level studies at CSFC."
