As part of the college’s commitment to help students attain their goals and to study the courses they want, we provide a lot of interview practice. This begins at AS-Level and continues right up to when they are called for interviews by universities. Students are introduced to the process gradually by doing ‘multi-micro interview sessions’ with their classmates covering a range of subjects. They then move on to having subject-specific interviews with two members of senior staff asking the questions on their chosen university course. Feedback and advice is provided throughout.

Again in A2, students can request an interview and have it recorded if they wish to see what mistakes they make and find ways to improve their performance. Staff with University Admissions experience, are on hand to give invaluable tips to help the students present themselves in the best light possible.
