Welcome to Cardiff Sixth Form College
In a relatively short time, CSFC has become recognised as an outstanding institution of learning. Expert teachers attentive to the needs of students and dedicated administrative staff have provided a winning formula for examination success. In 2010 it was the top performing college in the UK achieving 100% A* - B grades at A-Level. All students went on to gain entry to their chosen degree courses. The performance of students at the college has been getting better year on year. CSFC encourages its students to aim high. It provides a friendly environment where the individual can access academic support from experienced teachers and guidance on all other matters from a dedicated administrative staff.
The School Environment
Our pastoral care is second to none, with a personal tutor to support students throughout their time at the College. We offer advice and guidance on all aspects of working and living is a new environment, and students settle into College life very easily. At CSFC, students receive a full programme of lessons, sport and activities at weekends. Student have access to state-of-the-art sport facilities whilst participating in a wide range of extracurricular activities. Students accommodation comprises college residence (en suite), college house and homestay. |
We have boarding available for up to 46 students, provided in our boarding house, it is located only minutes away from the College. This gives students the best access to the College. Most of our students prefer to stay in single rooms, of which we have 38 available. There are also 8 self-contained studio flats, 7 doubles and 1 single, so you can choose whether you live alone or share. read more |
